Section titled “Status”Phase 1 — complete. Platform shipped end-to-end against real infrastructure. 16 platform packages, 33 ADRs, 923 passing tests, one deployed Cloudflare Worker running a multi-agent delegation chain (triage → refund_decision → communication) with long-term memory recall.
